Day 1

On day 1 you will identify the future that you really want and reveal the obstacles you will need to overcome in order to achieve that desired future.

You will inquire into the truth about your current reality and how much of a stretch this future represents for you personally. We will introduce some perspectives, a different way to approach those challenges, in order to achieve this future.

Day 2

On day 2, through a process of inquiry, you will become aware of who you are at your "powerful best". You will look at ways of choosing behaviours to help sustain that.

Through a similar process of inquiry you will identify what "limits" you, and what "holds you back" from achieving that future. We will introduce some behaviours, that when practiced will help you overcome your self doubts.

You will learn how to have conversations with others that will help you to deliver your desired future.

What is the major problem/issue that is preventing you from achieving that desired future? An opportunity, in small facilitated groups for a problem/issue to be identified clearly. Reveal what has already been tried, explore new possibilities and options and establish new actions to move forward towards this future.
